GreenGo welcomes Federica Dozzi as new Head of Property

At the beginning of 2024, a crucial year for fully realising its ambitious business plan as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), GreenGo is excited to announce the arrival of Federica Dozzi as Head of Property. With many years of experience gained in leading European contexts, including her role as Legal Adviser in the Leasing Department at real estate fund Eurocommercial Properties N.V., Federica stands out as a critical figure in the management and expansion of the company’s property portfolio.

As Head of Property, Federica Dozzi will lead all aspects of the administration and risk management of GreenGo’s real estate assets, with over 500 active contracts on approximately 90 industrial initiatives. Her leadership will guide and support the Board of Directors, the CEO, and the Senior Managers, ensuring maximum effectiveness in managing contractual aspects and relations with real estate partners and supporting the execution phase of investments and financing.

The integration of Federica into the GreenGo team represents an essential step towards achieving the company’s growth objectives, in conjunction with the recent strengthening of the organisation chart at the Executive level in the industrial area and the Top and Middle Management level in the Business Development, finance, and M&A divisions.

Integrating new, high-level expertise in the property sector underlines GreenGo’s commitment to operational excellence. It is vital to support expansion in the renewable energy field while maintaining high standards of compliance and project bankability.
