Ethics and Governance

Organisational Model 231: A corporate integrity pledge.

GreenGo S.r.l., aware that honesty and transparency are the pillars of any virtuous business, has shaped its 231 Organisational Model in December 2023. Besides being a response to current legislation, this instrument embodies our commitment to corporate governance that places ethical values in the management of the company and the business at the centre.

Model 231 unfolds in two sections

The General Section is the backbone of the Model, outlining the underlying philosophy and governance apparatus.

The Special Section outlines the control standards governing our operations for each business process susceptible to risk offences.

GreenGo’s Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics is the beacon that radiates the company’s values and orients the path of every person working in GreenGo’s orbit – from employees to collaborators, suppliers to partners, to every stakeholder – outlining the modus operandi inside and outside the company.

Control and Open Dialogue

With a view to continuous verification and transparency, we have established the Supervisory Board by regulatory guidelines. Its role is to monitor the effectiveness and adequacy of the 231 Model and to communicate the results directly to senior management.

To report possible offences or non-compliance with our Code of Ethics or Model 231, we provide dedicated channels:

Email: odv@green-go.net

By Correspondence: Organismo di Vigilanza D.Lgs. 231, c/o GreenGo S.r.l., Via Matteotti 31, 40129 Bologna (BO)

We are committed to guaranteeing the absolute confidentiality of the reporter and the reported person, scrupulously following the procedures for handling reports.

Maintaining an ethical and transparent business and working environment is at the top of our priorities.
